Sharon has spent the past 15 years studying many healing modalities. These include the traditional chakra, energetic, and ancient healing methods, just to name few. In those 15 years she has attended, participated in and taught numerous different workshops, seminars, and classes.

Sharon has studied many of the past and present masters such as Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsch, Carolyn Myss, Doreen Virtue, and the likes of Abraham Hicks.

Some of her favorite things to do are golfing, walking and hanging with her sweet dog Buddy, traveling to places like Kauai, Florida Keys, Colorado, Crater Lake, Northern Minnesota, Peru, and Ireland, hiking in nature, socializing with great friends, dancing to great music, going to art festivals and sporting events, and even singing in the shower! She also enjoys volunteering at a local hospice organization.
Growing up in Minnesota Sharon enjoyed playing many sports such as softball, volleyball, ice hockey, and soccer. She was on one of the first girl’s hockey teams in the state of Minnesota. Her soccer team won a state championship. Her softball team also won a state championship and participated in a national championship tournament. Playing sports taught Sharon to be a leader.
